After two years without a raise, your company finally offers a 5% hike. Would you accept it?
After two years of waiting for a salary hike, I finally got one this appraisal cycle. But it was just 5%. Honestly, I was expecting something better after putting in so much effort over the past two years. Now I'm confused whether I should be happy that I finally got a hike or disappointed with how little it is. What would you do in my situation?
