After Hours gives you a place to talk honestly about work. This policy explains what information you share, what other people can see, and how to contact us about your privacy.

1. Account information
Publishing on After Hours requires a signed-in account. Registration and social login provide account information such as your name, email address, and account or provider identifier. Depending on the sign-in method and the information you choose to share, this may also include a profile image and public profile details.
We use account information to authenticate you, associate your contributions with your account, and support account management and moderation. Optional information you add to a profile or story, such as your company, job title, or location, may be visible with that content.
2. Anonymous publishing
You can share a story without displaying your public account identity as its author. Anonymous publishing hides that identity from other community members, while Devglan may retain an internal association with the account that submitted it.
You can choose a public profile identity or an anonymous identity when publishing. Company names, job titles, and distinctive workplace incidents may still give readers clues about who you are. A quick check for identifying details in your story, screenshots, or quoted conversations can help protect your privacy and other people’s.
3. Public visibility
Publicly shared stories, confessions, polls, comments, and public profile information may be viewed by other visitors. Your chosen publishing identity and the information you include determine what readers can learn about you.
Public stories may be indexed by Google and other search engines. Visitors may also copy, quote, or share public content. Anonymous publishing does not prevent this visibility, and removing content from After Hours may not immediately remove copies or search-engine results held elsewhere.
4. Account deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated content, contact Devglan directly. Please identify the account you want deleted so we can handle your request.
Copies made by others or retained by search engines are outside the After Hours account deletion process.
5. Reporting and moderation
If a story or comment raises a privacy concern, use the Report option where available, or contact us.
Reports help bring concerns to our attention. Content may be reviewed in context against our Community Guidelines, and a report does not automatically result in removal. Devglan may restrict or remove content that exposes personal or confidential information and may take action on accounts that violate the guidelines.
Our Community Guidelines explain how to share openly while respecting others, and how reporting and moderation work.
