Harsh Reality of corporate world 💔

Hi this is your story teller . I was working  in mnc as recruiter. Getting job in mnc was big thing for me. I hired as contractual basis i thought it migh convert in permanent . There was not issue regarding  hiring process and in terms of hiring.  It was all good environment culture Time to time meeting. Working with mnc  got me so much knowledge and confidence.  Then few months passed got adjusted with work environment . It was going good i started getting joiners.  But then I started noticing the behaviour of every person who was around with me since it was language barrier so I couldn't understand their sarcasm. Usually I don't support nonsense . So the thing is you have to please people to keep you safe in office. And I am not that kind of person also I am  bihari. So I had little argument or miscommunication with my manger. She started blaming all the false allegations. Which was not true. Also put it me to another team it was planned . And after a tera purposely they removed me from organisation Even though I had my best performance when they removed me . Its just I can't be spoon for anybody. I can't not please people so they removed me . By saying she is not good performer . By the time I started digging out the information. Got to know these 3 manger are from 5 years And under them whoever has worked the are chaatu people you can say who stayed Other wise all got removed like me. So the point is is manager can keep themselves safe  but not the recruiter . This is also the fault of management who do not look on the other side. Where the fresher and hardworking people suffers alot because of those chepe people who just care about themselves.
